If you would like to walk around the paddocks it would be sensible depending on the weather, to bring appropriate footwear. Conditions on site could also be muddy due to the activity of our vehicles and plant.

Please remember that you will be viewing the property under conversion and so it cannot yet be viewed in it’s finished state. We do have a number of finished properties in a similar style that can be viewed at our head office in nearby Bawdsey, where individual finishes, specifications and alterations can also be discussed.
