You will be able to have choices and variations within the standard purchase price and have individual quotations prepared for items from our extended range.
That is why we tend to sell our homes off plan before they are finished and each of our homes is unique. |

The option for bespoke alterations is entirely subject to our discression based on the stage of construction at
exchange. Buyers exchanging late on a property may find that many items have allready been fitted or commited to.
