Robert now leaves the day to day management of the company to his son Jonathan. He is passionate about East Anglian architecture and restoring old buildings.

Jonathan loves to make an idea a reality! There is no better way to do this than in the property development business.
From finding sites, gaining planning permission and managing the building process through to completion. A passion for East Anglian architecture and historical detail make the Manor House Estate’s developed sites feel very much a part of Suffolk.

Like Jonathan Clare enjoys turning an artist’s impression into bricks and mortar!
 Clare works closely with clients right from the start to ensure that their property becomes their home. Having established links with many local companies and craftspeople  Clare is able to help clients choose the finishes and details that makes this happen.

William’s main responsibility is the company finances .
Also having a love for Suffolk buildings William is very involved with all the sites  and other sides of the business such as planning, sales, marketing and designing the brochures and websites.

With more than 25 years in all areas of landscape maintenance Mick is groundsman on the estate. Mick also drives the teleporter loader on our building sites  and a myriad of other maintenance jobs.

Thelma organises a multitude of things on a daily basis, she also according to many of our visitors makes “the best cup of tea in Suffolk!” We agree!
Thelma says that since she has worked for the Manor House estate there has never been a dull moment!
