We are a family owned company who develop, restore and convert historic buildings into beautiful homes. We also develop sites of completely new build homes, with a traditional Suffolk flair.

Our speciality is tailoring your home to your individual needs. If you were to buy from us “off plan” while construction work is still under way, you would have the opportunity to discuss your needs and ideas with our interior designer and our project managers, then wherever physically possible we could change our plans to meet yours. This is a level of service that we believe few developers are able to offer.

We currently have a development of three lovely barn conversions nearing completion at Church Farm, Dennington, just outside of Framlingham in Suffolk. This will complete in Summer 2008.

We are also undertaking the complete restoration of Manor Farm House, on the Manor House Estate itself in Bawdsey, Suffolk.

Our development of second homes at The Manor House Estate where our office is based was recently placed in the top 12 developments of its type in the RIBA house builder of the year wards 2007 and has also won the Suffolk BALE award as a re-use of an agricultural site.
